You are buying a half or whole beef and having it processed as you would like! Check out where all the various beef cuts come from in the picture!
A great option to split with a friend or family member
It is bulk purchasing at a discounted rate (think Costco or Sam’s Club). By the time your beef is in your freezer, you are paying on average of $7-$10 per pound of ground beef, steaks and roasts (depending on processing fees)!
We deliver the steer to the butcher, you fill out your cut sheet, then once the beef is done you pick up your beef and pay for the processing fees.

If you don’t have the space for a half or whole of beef, you can still purchase our locally raised beef by each individual piece.
We have ground beef, burgers, steak-ums, roasts, steaks and more stocked and ready for purchase for pick up at the farm.
Just reach out and we will put together an order for you and schedule a pick up time!
