It is bulk purchasing at a discounted rate (think Costco or Sam’s Club). By the time your beef is in your freezer, you are paying on average of $7-$10 per pound of ground beef, steaks and roasts (dependent on processing fees)!
PROCESS:
You reserve your freezer beef by reaching out - we assist you in filling out your cut sheet and you pay a 50% retainer fee to ensure your spot is reserved.
You pay your balance 30 days before your processing date.
We deliver the steer to the processing facility on the processing date.
Once the beef is done you pick up your beef and pay for the processing fees.
Meat is ready for pick up approximately 30 days after the butcher date
